Lizaro processes account details, device and log data, payment references and support correspondence required to run the service for Australian players.

Purpose

Data is used to create and secure accounts, complete KYC where required, process deposits and withdrawals, deliver support, prevent fraud and meet legal duties.

Sharing

Information may be shared with payment providers, identity-check vendors and regulators when needed to operate the cashier or satisfy compliance requests. It is not sold as a marketing list.

Retention

Records are kept for as long as the account remains active and for any longer period required for dispute handling or regulatory retention. When retention ends, data is deleted or anonymised where feasible.
